Core workout

For our July abs and H2O challenge on Fit and Healthy with Debbie Reichert, here is another core workout to fit in this week, in addition to your regularly scheduled workout.  Enjoy!!  And P.S......drink your WATER!!!!

Circular crunch

Straight leg pendulum

High plank to low plank

Side cross crunch

Reverse crunch
