Full body circuit when you're short on time. All you need is a bench and some dumb bells. Go through the circuit 3-5 times, but shoot for at least 30 minutes to get the full effect of the workout.

10 Burpees with overhead press
10 step ups with  knee drive (each leg)
12 leg raises with tailbone lift on bench
20 Spiderman hops
10 plank rows (each arm)
10 squat overhead presses

  6. Sharing of information is good jobs and work is easy but without some guideline we don't understand that things is easy. Fitness tips is beneficial who can't afford price for personal trainer but carefully about hard workout.

  8. Thank you so much for posting this. I have been looking for a good workout like this. I just hate heavy lifting and I feel like I get more out of workouts like these anyways.

  9. A proper dumbbell workout program develops strong muscle, burns off fat, fortifies the abdominal muscles, improves cardiorespiratory stamina and makes a body that works as good as it looks.
